Orders placed on magikelf.com are sent to the respective seller. The order stands confirmed once it is accepted by the seller, post which a confirmation mail including order details, is sent to the customer’s registered email ID .
Occasionally, sellers may cancel the order(s) owing toquality of the product not meeting requisite standards, or if the product is out of stock. In such a case, an email will be sent to the customer’s registered email ID informing about the cancellation. In case it’s a prepaid order, the amount will be credited back to the payment source account within 5 working days.
Cancellation is on item basis. So, incase other items in your order are serviceable, they will be shipped post confirmation from seller.
Yes, customer can log in to MyAccount, and select the particular item of the order that needs to be cancelled. Items can be cancelled only till the time they aren’t dispatched by the seller. In case the customerdoesn’t want to accept the item, the customer may choose not to accept the shipment at the time of delivery. Alternatively, in case of multiple items, customer may accept the delivery and place a return request for the item that isn’t required.
Please note that open or partial delivery requests will not be entertained.
In case the customer order has items from different sellers, they may be shipped at different times (as per timelines provided on the product page). In such cases, complete order may be delivered via multiple packages. Dispatch details of items will be sent on email, as and when they are shipped.
In few cases, items from the same seller may not be dispatched together. Details of items shipped in a particular shipment will be provided in dispatch intimation email. In such cases, please check your email for further details regarding dispatch of remaining items.
Delivery & Tracking
Most orders are delivered within 5-10 days of dispatch. Tentative time to dispatch is provided against each product on the product description page of the website.
As there are multiple product categories (of different shape & size with category specific nuances), on magikelf, it’s difficult to have a standard shipping charge. While some products may have zero shipping charge, there are many products where shipping charge is mentioned on the product page along with the time to dispatch.
In order to provide an exclusive offering to our customers, many products on magikelf are made to order and they get prepared only after receiving an order. In such cases, time to dispatch is provided on the product page. This is the approximate time required to make the product.
In most cases, customer will receive an intimation if the product isn’t dispatched in the indicated time, however, in some cases, there might be unforeseen delay in processing. In such cases, customer can write to magikelf team at email@example.com(mention Delivery Issue & Order number in subject line) or place a cancellation request for the item by logging in to My Account section on the website.
At the moment, deliveries are limited to India. However, we will soon commence international orders. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to be intimated when we commence international deliveries.
Customers can track their order/s via the track order section on the website by providing the airway bill (AWB) details or order number. You can fetch your airway bill number( AWB)along with the courier partner details from the ‘order dispatch’ email that you must have received, once your order was dispatched.
In most cases, customer will be intimated couple of hours before the delivery is attempted. However, if for some reason you were unable to receive the order, when the delivery was attempted, there will be a second delivery attempt made in the next 48 hours, in the case for non-perishable items. In case the second attempt also fails, the shipment will be returned to Seller. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded once the seller receives the product.
In case of perishable products, only one delivery attempt will be made before returning the shipment. There will be no refund processed in case such items are not delivered due to customer unavailability at delivery address.
Please send an email with original packaging and the picture of the damaged product/s at email@example.com (Email subject line: Damaged order Received, with order number ) We shall investigate the case with the Seller and logistics partner and get back with a solution on registered email ID within 3 working days. A refund, if applicable, will be processed in such cases. All such cases need to be highlighted within 30 minutes of delivery (for perishable goods) and within 48 hours of delivery for non-perishable goods.
Pay on Delivery and Prepaid options are available on most orders. In most cases, Pay on Delivery orders can be paid in cash or via link or UPI details shared by the courier partner.
Please note that some items are not eligible for Pay on Delivery and only Prepaid options (Cards/Net banking/Wallet/UPI, etc) shall be available for such items on the payment page.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
To initiate the return process, log into the ‘My Account’ section of the website, or send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.Please note that return can be initiated only for return eligible items. Return eligibility of an item can be checked on Product Description Page. If a product is return eligible, it will be highlighted with a "5 Days Return" icon.
Please note that in special cases where a non returnable item is approved for return, logistics charges will be deducted from the refund.
Orders or items of an order can be cancelled till the time of confirmation from seller. Once the seller has confirmed the order, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you still wish to cancel the order, please drop an email with cancellation request at email@example.com and we will do our best to get the order cancelled.
Refunds for Prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 5 working days and should reflect in customer’s payment source account within 7 working days.
Refunds will be processed after the returned items reach the seller and are checked for quality. Refunds will be processed if the goods are in original condition with tags (if any).
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed in the original payment mode and should reflect in the account within 5 working days of initiating the refund.
1. If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, at the time of refund you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
2. All refunds are subject to quality inspection and approval by the seller. Magikelf bears no responsibility in case of a dispute arising on account of refund being declined by the seller
For Pay on Delivery orders, a link will be sent to the registered email and mobile number. Requisite UPI / account details can be provided on the link for instant processing of refund.
